Total Quiet! PhonePeace RS has all the features of PhonePeace System and in addition, turns off the 1st ring of the phone. Caller ID information is sent between the 1st and 2nd ring. PhonePeace System doesn’t know whether to block or accept a call until the 2 nd ring so you may get one ring for an unwanted call. Some phones (Panasonic KX-TGD510) can turn off the first ring. If you don’t have a phone that turns off the first ring and don’t want to buy a new phone, you will want PhonePeace RS for Total Quiet for Unwanted Calls*!
*PhonePeace RS blocks the first ring on most phones, but it may be incompatible with some phones.
Compatibility: Compatible with Landline phone service from a cable/internet provider like Xfinity, 1-Voip, Spectrum, others, or internet connected Landline phone services like Vonage, Ooma, Google Voice. NOT COMPATIBLE if the Landline telephone line is not connected to the internet or is DSL. If you aren’t sure, please contact us before ordering.
